- Managing internal client relationships and team communication
- Responsible for mentoring junior staff, coordinate with other disciplines, and review drawings for quality and consistency.
- Collaborates well with projects teams through all design stages, offer well thought out and creative solutions to design challenges
- Registered Architect in a Canadian Jurisdiction
- 8 years of post-registration experience in the production of contract and detailed design documents, specifications, and have led the contract administration of multiple projects
- Understanding of the design and coordination of detailed envelope solutions to meet all regulatory requirements
- In-depth knowledge of the building code is essential
- Possesses excellent communication skills in English. Working knowledge in French would be considered an asset.
- Working knowledge in REVIT is a must, knowledge of AutoCAD, Lumion and Photoshop will be an asset.
