Description

Position Scope

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and inspection of incoming raw materials
  • Complete documentation for all incoming materials
  • Track the inventory usage and ensure sufficient stock
  • Setup safety stock and provide data to purchasers for replenishment
  • Monitor inventory and conduct cycle counts. Investigate and escalate discrepancies for root cause and corrective actions
  • Perform any other adhoc duties as required

Qualifications & Abilities

  • Completion of High School Diploma
  • Good command of spoken and written English and knowledge of Chinese is desirable
  • Previous experience in a fastpaced warehouse or manufacturing environment with a focus on providing the best level of service for the customer is considered an asset
  • Detailedoriented with a strong background in logistics, documentation, and time management
  • Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends as needed
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Forklift certification and experience operating a standup forklift is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook
