1 Full Time Permanent Position of Food and Beverage Service Manager (NOC available at Grand Valley Golf & Country Club located at 1910 Roseville Rd, Cambridge, ON N1R 5S3
Main duties include but are not limited to:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for chef
- Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or other nonuniversity certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years

Compensation:
to 24.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 35 to 40 hours per Week.
