    *Responsibilities:
    • Design and manage projects from conception to completion.
    • Design building electrical systems in compliance with client requirements, municipal and/or provincial codes and other applicable standards.
    • Design power distribution systems, size feeders and devices, perform load calculations.
    • Design lighting layouts and perform lighting calculations to validate designs.
    • Design telecommunications systems.
    • Coordinate with applicable consultants and design electrical layouts for related systems such as audio visual, security, etc.
    • Constant coordination with all consultants; includes architects, interior designers, mechanical, structural, security, etc. and ensure cohesion between all disciplines.
    • Present designs to consultants and owners.
    • Liaise with representatives, manufacturers, suppliers etc. for design assistance and device selection.
    • Perform construction administration duties by reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, etc.
    • Conduct site investigations and reviews.
    • Internal tasks assigned by the Principals or other members to develop internal processes and help Archos grow.
    *Requirements:
    *General
    • Located in or willing to relocate to Vancouver, BC. The position is full-time working on-site (In-office, with site visits as required).
    • Bachelor of Engineering (From a university recognized by EGBC) OR Diploma from Technical College in Canada
    • BC Drivers license or eligible to get one upon relocation.
    *Technical
    • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, enabling effective problem-solving and innovative design solutions.
    • Proficient in AutoCAD.
    • Proficiency in Revit is an asset.
    *Interpersonal
    • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
    • Strong work ethic, delivering quality results under pressure.
    • Quick learner, adept at incorporating feedback.
    • Adaptable multitasker with precise execution.
    • Effective team player and independent worker.
    • Clear communicator, verbally and in writing.
