Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced lead hand skilled worker with leadership skills, for ongoing residential and commercial work. We are a general contracting company mainly working on homes in Hamilton as well as commercial units. We are looking for people who want to grow and commit with a "make it happen" attitude.

Punctuality is paramount. Delivering projects on time is how we maintain our reputation.

You will work well as part of a team and carry yourself to a high standard, striving to demonstrate your best work.

Clear communication with the Project Manager will be established and maintained regularly throughout the project. Job sites will be kept neat, clean and organized.


Must have previous experience with:

  • Hardwood/laminate flooring installation
  • Tile installation
  • Framing (wood and metal)
  • Drywall and taping
  • Painting
  • Trim and doors

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hamilton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Skilled Labor: 2 years (required)
