Job Title
Customer Service Representative—Laval, Quebec
A Customer Service Representative processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. _An understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a manufacturing field is preferred_.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure our customers receive excellent customer service
- Process and input high order volumes (60+ per day) into an ERP system
- Issue Customer Credits and process RGA's
- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
- Liaison between customers, sales team, and US operations team
- Critically think through complex inquiries and develop customer resolutions
Qualifications:
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Minimum of 6 months in customer service role or have related industry experience
- Experience in a role that has significant telephone work and enjoy this component of customer service
- Strong attention to detail; Ability to input multiple data transactions daily into an ERP system with high accuracy
- Excellent data entry abilities and proficiency in MS Office products are essential
- Capacity to work independently with little supervision
- Fully bilingual in French and English
