Linux system administrator to fix Tailon for file

Job summary
I have a server running on google cloud using glassfish server.
I used to have Tailon that enabled me to view the file on my browser.
For about a month I didn't use my server,
and meanwhile something went wrong
and right now I cannot view the log file on the browser,
and even when I use putty to log in to my server,
I can't see the log content.
