Pacesetter Equipment is actively looking to hire a Lube and Service Technician

What You'll do as the Lube and Service Technician:_
- Operate fuel/lube truck to safely service heavy equipment
- Conduct pretrip/walkaround safety inspections and daily Field Level Hazard Assessments for all activities
- Complete equipment inspections, report and assist in scheduling the required repairs
- Assist in maintaining inventory of service kits, lubes, oils, and other supplies
- Perform preventative maintenance on site
- Communicate with site management to coordinate equipment service activities and maintenance priorities
- Support Mechanics in dealing with breakdowns and repairs of heavy equipment
- Maintain maintenance records and documentation
- Promote safety awareness by ensuring compliance of corporate health and safety policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes
What You Bring to the Team:_
- Minimum 5 years experience working as a Lube and Service Technician
- Experience working with Caterpillar, Komatsu, John Deere or Hitachi heavy equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A valid Class 3 operator's license (preferred) or Class 5 driver's license and a clean drivers abstract
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A motivated and punctual selfstarter
- Must be in good health and physical condition to perform duties assigned
- Must successfully complete preaccess drug and alcohol testing
- Working out of town and working weekends as required
- Must be professional dealing with customers
