Role and Responsibilities:


As the Marketing and Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand image, reaching new clients, and driving business growth.

You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills in various aspects of marketing, content creation, and sales development.


Your responsibilities will include:

Content Capture and Creation: Develop visually compelling content that highlights our exceptional craftsmanship and showcases our completed projects. This includes professional photography, videography, and written content.

Social Media Strategy: Craft and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. Engage with our audience, grow our follower base, and foster meaningful connections within the luxury home market.

Marketing Development: Design and implement marketing campaigns that resonate with our target clientele. Collaborate with the team to create brochures, presentations, and other collateral that communicate our unique value proposition.

Sales Asset Leadership: Lead the creation of sales assets that effectively communicate our offerings to potential clients. This includes presentation materials, digital portfolios, and other resources that support the sales team's efforts.

High-Energy Leadership: Infuse high energy and passion into the marketing and sales team, motivating them to excel and achieve their goals. Lead by example, demonstrating a can-do attitude and a willingness to take on special assignments.

Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead special marketing projects and initiatives that set us apart from competitors. Innovate and find new ways to captivate our audience and drive brand recognition.

Relationship Building: Act as a key point of contact for potential clients, nurturing relationships and guiding them through the decision-making process. Your people skills will be critical in establishing trust and rapport.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and marketing strategy, preferably within the luxury real estate or home building industry.
  • Strong creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, able to motivate and guide a team towards achieving ambitious goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey our brand's story and value.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Highenergy personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive, with a track record of taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful outcomes.

Camera and Tech Proficiency: Proficient in operating professional-grade cameras and equipment for capturing high-quality visual content, including photography and videography. Familiarity with editing software and tools to enhance content is a must.

Car and Mobility: Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for on-site visits to project locations and events.

Microsoft Office and Google Docs: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs for creating and editing documents, presentations, and reports.
