Job description
I'm looking for full stack developer to help build a voice AI recruiting platform.
The idea is to build something similar to Micro1's AI recruiting agent — a system that can call candidates, ask interview questions, evaluate answers using LLMs, and give structured feedback to recruiters.
What the system should do:
- AI voice agent that can interview candidates (phone or browser)
- Ask dynamic questions based on role and resume
- Generate transcript and evaluate responses
- Score candidates automatically
- Recruiter dashboard to review results
- Admin panel
- Candidate pipeline tracking
- Basic ATS integrations
- Scheduling automation
- Usage tracking
