Landmark Bus Lines Needs You
The incumbent will work co-operatively with the entire operations and shop team in an open office environment.

Main dispatching duties include ensuring daily that all school bus routes are filled by a driver and bus, managing the two-way radio including emergency situations in a calm and polite manner, organizing replacement/spare operators to cover for holiday and other absences and assisting with charter dispatching.

Other duties include greeting visitors and handling incoming calls and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. General office duties include filing, keyboarding, photocopying, faxing and other tasks as assigned. Safety and positive customer relations are the cornerstones of this position.

Qualifications/Education/Experience:


The incumbent must possess the ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing and to be flexible and adaptable.

Previous dispatch experience would be an asset however not a requirement. Bilingual would be an asset however not a requirement.

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required along with the ability to be flexible to work in a challenging environment.

To succeed in the position, the incumbent must exhibit politeness and professionalism to all customers internal and external and be a team player with the ability to work with others.

Must obtain / hold a valid 'B' class driver's license.


Salary:
$19.00-$21.00 per hour
