Position:
Customer Service Representative / Receptionist

Location: Street NW, Edmonton, AB

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Role Type: Full-time, permanent


Responsibilities:
As our Customer Service Representative / Receptionist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences


Your duties will include:

Answering Phones: Be the friendly voice that greets callers and assists them with their inquiries.

Client Communication: Act as the communication hub for the business, liaising with customers, insurance companies, and estimating staff.

Appointment Booking: Schedule appointments for vehicle estimates.
-
Rental Car Coordination: Arrange rental cars for customers during repairs.
-
Status Updates: Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs.


Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should:

  • Be
    enthusiastic and enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Be
    computersavvy and open to learning new skills.
  • Ideally, have experience in the
    hospitality industry or other customerfacing roles.
