This role also involves store maintenance such as stocking shelves, merchandising and general housekeeping.


Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent customer service to all customers entering the store.
  • Guides customer to the location of requested items.
  • Keeps up to date with instore promotions, instore deals and product locations.
  • Ensure that retail basics tasks are executed efficiently (e.g., stocking, labels, facing, etc.).
  • Stock shelves and merchandise display areas using modules and planograms as guidelines.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and identifies/reports low stock levels
  • Play an active role in the department team by openly sharing opinions and ideas on how to improve department success and by participating in meetings and all training as required.

Salary:
$15.50-$17.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday

  • Caledonia, ON N3W 1Z2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Stocking: 1 year (preferred)
