Position:
Production Coordinator, TSN Brand Partnerships, Bell Media
Location: 9 Channel Nine Court, Toronto (Ontario)
Salary:
Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week | Overtime as required
Responsibilities:
To assist in the creation and ideation of exceptional media services, as it pertains to non-traditional revenue generation.
Ensure our creative is "premium" every step of the way during production, including contributing to:
- Development of creative media solutions for our partners
- Development of digital/social video production
- Working within the Avid Symphony editing system and Adobe After Effects
- Managing and organizing edit time as well as directing editors as to timing, look, and feel of spots and promos
- Sourcing footage from the Bell video database
- Proactive idea sharing
- Communicating with the Sales team and clients about ongoing projects and commercials
- Ensure legal guidelines are met for all production. Deliver media to spec and ontime. Ensuring quality and technical specifications are met for all spots
- Assist in all aspects of the setup and execution of live commercial shoots
- Coordinate hiring of cast, equipment, location, props etc. for commercial shoots
- Booking team travel when required
- Assist in processing invoices and expenses for Brand Partnerships jobs
- Other duties as required
- Ingesting footage and managing the hard drive database
- Providing research and chase support for BP campaigns
Qualifications:
- Strong passion and knowledge of sports in Canada and globally
- A postsecondary degree or diploma in broadcast journalism, television production or a related field
- Passion for building brands, and selling through your ideas
- Passion for creativity and innovative thinking
- Experience in field production and show production
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
- The ability to adapt well under pressure and to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexible in approach / attitude to succeed in an everevolving and challenging role
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
