Line Cook - Surrey, Canada - Central City Brewers and Distillers

Description

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking all meals in accordance to standardized recipes and portion sizes for the Food Truck, and special events.

This position plays a key role in ensuring high standards in taste, preparation and consistency are met.

The food truck is a stationary kitchen for the brewery.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure workstation is stocked and prepped for shift
Knowledge of all promotions and events for the week/month
Maintain a safe and sanitary workstation and environment
Maintain open communication lines with all staff members
Operate in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act
Preparation of food items in accordance with standardized recipes and portion sizes
Responsible for providing professional and superior customer service in accordance with established company standards
Other duties as assigned
