OVERVIEW
The Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Forge FC are looking for enthusiastic individuals who pride themselves on having a deep understanding and passion for Hospitality for the 2023 season The Concierge team member plays an integral role in successfully creating and delivering a world-class guest experience for our Premium seat holders at Tim Hortons Field.
This includes:
Hamilton Tiger-Cats home games, Forge FC home games, concerts and other sporting events.
This opportunity is perfect for anyone looking to gain experience working in event management, the sport and entertainment industry and who enjoys working in a team and customer-facing environment.
Tiger-Cats games and the
110th Grey Cup. Additional opportunities to work other events may become available for team members at a later date.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
The Concierge team is a group of game day Guest Experience staff who oversee our premium seating areas to ensure that all guests feel like VIPs from the time they arrive at the Stadium until they leave.
The Concierge team offers the following services:
- Greeting/checking-in guests
- Monitoring ambiance
- Directional guidance
- Merchandise or Food & Beverage acquisition
- Mascot appearance requests
- Kids programming
- Local recommendations
- Special requests
QUALIFICATIONS
_ Skills and Abilities:
_
- Excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude and an outgoing personality
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Team player who excels while working with others
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and make quick and accurate decisions
- Committed individual with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take on any task
_Education and Experience:
_
- Relatable experience in a previous role
- At least 18 years of age
- Interest in working in event management, the sport and entertainment industry and in a fan experience role
- Experience in a frontline service or customerfacing position
