Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a COOK.
As a COOK, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen, assisting with meal preparation and ensuring food safety standards are met.

Duties:
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping ingredients, measuring portions, and following recipes.
- Cook and prepare food items according to established standards and recipes.
- Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices.
- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Organize and manage buffets and banquets
- Manage kitchen operations
Qualifications:
- 2 TO 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations and practices
Salary: $17.50$20.00 per hour

Experience:
