Bixlers is currently looking for an
Inventory Control Coordinator to join the Bixlers team in Montreal, who will work with dynamic and passionate cross-functional teams from Creative and Marketing, to Customer Experience and Product.
The
Inventory Control Coordinator assists with maintaining the accuracy of inventory levels by conducting counts, assigning products to orders, processing discontinued/RTV products and monitoring interdepartmental requests.
They will be responsible for SKUs on a daily basis, processing retail receipts and actioning inventory requests from various teams plus any additional ad hoc requests from other teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct inventory counts as part of cycle count methodology, including daily counts, and prestock counts
- Receive branded vendor items and transfer to retail stores
- Create branded vendor skus
- Maintains and updates inventory purchasing, shipping, and other applicable records in the database
- Reconciles inventories to book records and makes the appropriate adjustments to the records when there are discrepancies between the actual product and records
- Assist with management and assignment of inventory and sundries for retail stores and events
- Assist with product requests from other teams as required (ie. Marketing, PD, salesman samples, etc.)
- Assist with store inventory balance
- Update Ops Dashboard with daily items waiting inventory and provide status
- Track and process returning internal shipments from other business units
- Monitor status of discontinued products and remove from inventory as required
- Assist Product Development team with tracking and retrieval of samples/shipments
- Monitor and update logs including retail receipts tracker
- Provide support and other duties to assist as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 12 years of related experience in warehousing or logistics
- Proficient with computers and other standard office technology
- Experience with enterprise resource planning software
- Superior organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
