- Operations Supervisors work a 28-day rotational 12-hour schedule on either day or midnight shift. Each set of shifts during the rotational schedule will always be separated by 3 to 7 consecutive days off, which will vary based on shift cycle.

- Report current traffic and weather conditions, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations
- Monitor traffic flow and construction projects to coordinate lane configurations and employee coverage
- Interact with the public, contractors, tenants and outside government agencies
- Assign and train employees for toll, traffic and general maintenance positions
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and other performance standards and provide coaching and counseling to associates
- Prepare employee documents
- Assist in filling in for subordinate functions during emergency situations
- Monitor traffic flow and construction projects to coordinate lane configurations and employee coverage
- Supervise the processing of toll collections
- Able to tolerate varying climates of heat, cold, rain and snow
- Self-motivated to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid Driver's License
- Successful and satisfactory completion of background check and drug test
- Verification of references
- Satisfactory driving record
- Ability to cross and international border
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, an enhanced driver's license, passport or Nexus card
- Must be 18 years of age
- Availability to work all days and shifts for a 24/7 operation
- High level oral and written communication skills
- High level analytical ability for problem solving
- High level interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Must have ability to work efficiently with time management and organizational skills
- Experience supervising at least 5 – 10 employees
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associates or Bachelor's degrees in Business or related degree preferred
- Experience supervising employees in a union environment a plus
