Vincent Communications is currently hiring for the position of
Tower Infrastructure and Asset Technician.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining our company-owned tower locations, managing power systems, and the maintenance of company vehicles, portable towers, heavy/light equipment, and various other assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Seasonal lease maintenance as required (snow removal, vegetation maintenance, etc.)
Make deliveries and pickups as directed.
Assist with thirdparty subcontractors as required.
Ensure company vehicle is maintained and stocked.
Ensure all company provided equipment is properly stored and maintained.
Proficient in determining when to place equipment in service or out of service.
Submit estimates for approval on repair and service tasks.
Work with field staff to complete maintenance and repairs on company assets.
Schedule company assets for inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Conduct light repairs, oil changes, and regular maintenance on company assets.
Create, maintain, and organize service documentation for company assets (ex. generators, fuel, solar panels, power systems, inverters, batteries, and control systems)

What do we have to offer?

Hourly rate ranges between $25.00 and $40.00 _
Compensation will be based on a combination of experience and education. _
