Talent Acquisition Specialist:


What you'll do

  • Provide talent mapping mentorship and align recruitment strategy to build the best strategy for each search, including direct sourcing, networking and researching.
  • Develop robust talent pipelines fitting with Seaspan's Core Competencies.

What you'll bring

  • You will have 35 years demonstrable experience, both inhouse and Agency, recruiting technical talent in large diverse organizations.
  • You have experience strategic sourcing including social media reachouts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook groups), demonstrating network contacts of Hiring Managers and Employees, and other creative sources.
  • You share your experience and standard methodologies with your Team Members and Hiring Managers to support recruitment, especially for difficult to fill assignments.
  • You know how to partner with frontline Hiring Managers to ensure the best hire for the position is found.
  • You have a sound understanding of the interconnected functions of HR and have demonstrable experience building positive relationships with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards and beyond.
