Your Opportunity at ARC'TERYX:


  • As a Coordinator in Raw Material Development, you work closely with the developers to help process a complex matrix of raw materials required to complete the Arc'teryx line. In this role, you have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of yarn, fabrics and trims.

Meet your future team:


  • The Raw Materials Development team is a closeknit team of hardworking collaborators. We work cross functinally with Design, Sourcing, Colour Operations, Quality and overseas partners to execute raw material developments. We help bring Arc'teryx product to life.

If you were the Raw Materials Development Coordinator now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing today:

  • Becoming proficient in the PLM systems we use every day to track developments and communicate cross functionally.
  • Supporting developers in all administrative tasks as required
  • Shadowing developers in their daily work to build your raw material knowledge
  • Preparing presentation boards and swatches for meetings and cross functional teams
  • Maintaining department resources such as the library and sample inventory
  • Being available and eager to help the team where needed
  • Learning and growing in the the fast paced development environment.

  • This role will give you a strong foundation in raw materials development and support your continued growth into the Developer I role. A commitment to gaining knowledge of têxtiles, dyeing and finishing will support your career growth.

Are you our next Raw Material Development Coordinator?:

  • You have a Textiles or Apparel diploma, or the equivalent experience
  • You have 1+ years of experience in a fast paced business environment
  • You have a great attitude and a commitment to professional growth; you accept feedback willingly and openly
  • You have excellent computer skills and experience in database programs
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
  • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
