Your main responsibilities:

Provide support to all customers and resolve technical issues for incidents or service requests
Document computer systems
Perform maintenance on the various systems/servers/equipment connected to the network
Record and document all troubleshooting steps and resolution activities in the ticketing system
Participate in key IT systems and solutions deployment projects
Participate in the improvement of systems or procedures
Identify and escalate incidents that cannot be resolved
Manage inventory and participate in the equipment renewal cycle
Perform other related tasks, including administrative tasks

Your Profile:

College diploma in Information Technology or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Virtual VMware and Active Directory environments
Versatility, autonomy, good communication skills and customer service orientation
