Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our team at Velixo.

As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and deploying data models and reports using SQL, OData, and Excel.

Your expertise in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical mindset, and ability to provide valuable insights will play a crucial role in helping our customers leverage our Excel-based reporting solution for their ERP systems.

Responsibilities:


  • Analyze clients' business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
  • Design, deploy, and maintain data models and reports using SQL, OData, and advanced Excel functions.
  • Investigate and analyze data to identify discrepancies, provide insights to clients, and implement preventive and corrective actions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the modules, data models, and tables of the ERP systems that Velixo integrates with.
  • Assist clients by addressing their productrelated questions and offering datafocused solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and ERP solution partners to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in reporting techniques.
  • Participate in presales sessions to showcase Velixo's products capabilities.

Requirements:


  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including dataenhancement functions, dynamic arrays, filters, conditional formatting, pivot tables, lambdas, and data sources.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to clients.
  • Working knowledge of SQL to manipulate and extract data from databases.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting basics.
  • Experience working in an ERP system, particularly Acumatica or Sage Intacct, is a plus.
