Egar Tool and Die is a world-class manufacturer of automotive stamping dies, production stampings and welded assemblies. Located in Cambridge, Ontario, Egar has been supplying complex progressive and transfer dies to the North American Tier I automotive industry for more than 40 years


Responsibilities:


  • Experience with Resistance Welding / MIG Welding
  • Be aware of and relay quality defect issues to operators
  • Assign resources and organize production to meet the production schedule
  • Monitor progress and quality of work performed by team members
  • Ensure all members are working safely and following quality procedures
  • Communicate daily to inform supervisors and/or managers of any issues that may effect the next shift

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge and experience in MIG, resistance weldig, and assembly
  • Able to operate a lifttruck and other equipment related to the job

Salary:

- $ $25.00 per hour

  • Wage is negotiable depending on experience and skills.
Employee may perform other duties as assigned.

$20.00-$25.00 per hour
