Regional Sales Specialist - Quebec Province, Canada - Tremco Incorporated

General Purpose of the Job:
Primarily responsible for driving sales of Tremco Roofing materials by focusing on niche markets, which may include general contractors, installers, sub-contractors, and specific types of building owners and facility managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize lead services, such as Construct Connect, to identify and engage in opportunities
- Communicate with general contractors and connect them with Tremco approved installers
- Identify and pursue potential new installers, specifiers, and other key project stakeholders
- Work with Tremco Roofing representatives and Tremco CPG sister companies to meet project requirements and deliver single source solutions
- Pursue addon sales (accessory materials, additional services, sister company products/services) with existing projects and/or customers
- Travel within assigned territory, complete expense reports on a timely basis
- Attend preconstruction and project planning meetings
- Conduct field inspections and provide technical support
- Be the primary point of contact in a designated area
- Maintain good working relationships with Tremco Roofing field sales personnel; ability to partner with local Tremco Roofing and Tremco CSW reps and work collaboratively
- Complete weekly/monthly reports; document sales activities, proposals, and purchase orders with SalesForce and/or MyOLI
- Draft scopes of work, specifications, and other necessary project documents
Education and Experience
- Minimum Education: High School graduate. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum Experience: Three or more years' experience in a construction or salesrelated field.
Qualifications:
- Experience with MS Word, Excel and Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problemsolving skills
- Manage multiple projects with varying scopes
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience
- Ability to work from home office and/or regional office
