- Handle all administrative tasks related to the full employee life cycle including but not limited to onboarding, new hire orientation, offer letters, employee change letter, promotions, resignations, etc. in a professional and accurate manner.
- Be a reliable point of contact for employees inquiries, utilizing internal resources to help find answers and provide follow ups.
- Deliver full recruitment services including but not limited front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, attending career fairs, and prescreen/interviews.
- Oversee the portfolio's co-op program while building external relationships to source top talent.
- Ensure a positive employee experience is delivered by collectively supporting the needs of employees and the business.
- Accurately maintain all employee data through the use of the current HRIS (UltiPro).
- Other duties as assigned.
- You have a College or University degree in Human Resources Management with a minimum of 2 years human resources experience at a Coordinator level.
- You have working knowledge of Human Resources legislation, HR databases including HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems and Recruitment websites.
- You have the ability to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines.
- You have effective written and verbal communication skills.
- You are driven to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders that are located across Alberta.
