Reasonabilities:
- Welcome customers, inform them about specials or new items, and answer questions
- Clean and restock work areas, empty trash, and sanitize equipment and utensils
- Learn about beverage mixtures, food preparation, and presentation techniques
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls
- Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
- Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
- Preps food according to the designated station's prep list.
- Cleans food preparation equipment and work areas according to health and safety guidelines; cleans counter or tables.
- Performs all closing and opening duties of the workspace daily and special events as needed
- Knowledge of food service and food safety
- Prepare food orders, cook fresh products according to specifications.
- Create specialty coffees
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as teas, iced drinks, specialty coffees like espressos, cappuccino, and café lattes including art latte technique.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as needed, with mínimal supervision
- Ability to stand for 68 hours shift

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to
- Use discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Manage daily calendars and meeting requests for the team
- Schedule complex travel arrangements and facilitate lastminute changes
- Escalate issues following established processes to address client's requirement
