About the Position:

The People and Culture team is looking for a
Human Resources Administrator. Reporting to the Manager, Compensation & People Operations, the
Human Resources Administrator will demonstrate strong data and analytical skills. Areas of focus will include, but not limited to, scheduling program Administration, data administration and employee file management. This person must have an eye for detail, impeccable time management and extraordinary organization skills.


The successful individual will:

  • Assist the People & Culture team with the maintenance and updating of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data, scheduling system, Human Resources forms and documentation and internal websites.
  • Maintain accurate electronic employee profiles in HRIS and scheduling system, including entering new hire, leaves, return to work and terminations, with an understanding of the various employment status types, applicable rules, regulations, and legislation.
  • Enter, update, and maintain employee data and changes in HRIS and scheduling system, as required.
  • Ensure paperwork is complete and added to appropriate folders, while communicating necessary information to team members.
  • Ensure digital employee files and scheduling system data remain up to date and accurate.
  • Provide onboarding, guidance and troubleshooting support for the scheduling system.
  • Postsecondary certification in an administration field, or equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 23 year of office administration experience (data entry, system work)
  • Experience working with different computer systems
  • A positive attitude and customerfocused approach to delivering outputs.
  • Demonstrated success working in a team environment, with strong collaboration skills.
  • Precise attention to detail, problem solving, prioritization, and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to adapt approach to meet needs of the audience.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
