As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients by offering personalized treatments and expert advice on which weight loss treatment is most suitable for them.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas.
• Engage with clients to understand their situation needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos and upselling techniques.
• Foster a welcoming environment for guests by providing excellent guest services and hospitality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best possible service.

Skills

• Fluent in Mandarin is a must. English and Cantonese is a bonus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey treatment options and product benefits.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients.
• Experience in retail sales, with an emphasis on upselling products during client interactions.
