MARKETING COORDINATOR

We are looking for someone who will promote our company's core values and help to maintain a fun, creative, inclusive and flexible work environment.

FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

Management of multiple social media accounts for several brands under the company group
Participate in the development marketing strategies for new service lines
Assist in the development of materials utilized for proposals, correspondence, presentations and recruitment
Content creation including writing, editing, graphic design
Conduct and report market research
Support the implementation of CRM software
Support outside sales from time to time, which may include
Cold calling
Client engagement
Lead generation, lead followup
Other related duties as needed
Opportunities for cross training to other departments such as estimating and recruitment.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Post secondary degree or diploma with marketing focus, or equivalent experience.
Willingness and ability to travel on an as needed basis
Energetic, creative and motivated
Strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Selfstarter with the skills to prioritize and organize workload
