Position Overview

What You will do

  • Responsible for creating and refining managed services process
  • Responsible for media planning and providing creative ideas for campaign execution
  • Responsible for providing strategic ideas for fiscal budget planning
  • Collaborating with tech partners and learning best practices to become the go to person for inhouse managed services team
  • Ensure monthly vendor check ins are on schedule and reports are prepared ontime
  • Responsible for the endtoend management of campaigns which includes campaigns trafficking, QA, optimization, post report
  • Partner with the Program managers, Media, Sales, Marketing teams in the creation, planning, and execution of onsite & offsite campaigns
  • Ensure the ads are trafficked appropriately, communicates key messages and aligns with campaign briefs.
  • Work with brand partners and content operations to identify and collect assets, manage process flow, and implement campaigns
  • Leverage data to understand shopper interaction with onsite and offsite promotional campaigns, communicating to internal stakeholders on active campaigns, and providing optimizations and enhancement suggestions
  • Utilize campaign and channel metrics to constantly challenge the status quo and identify new and improved execution strategies that will increase overall performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate and enable our crossfunctional partners in Sales, Marketing, and Media to deliver on the ROI of marketing activities and campaigns
  • Developing relationships with clients/ vendors and building trust to act as a client/ vendor advocate within the THD environment

Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary degree, preferred diploma / degree in marketing, advertising, communication, business management
  • 3+ years' experience in campaign management/ search/social/ Display/amazon ads trafficking
  • Prior experience on various tools like Facebook ads/ Google ads / Amazon Search/ Kenshoo/Marin/ Hootsuite/Sprinklr
  • Comfortable with data crunching/analysis
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Grit, Organized
  • Proactive in identifying issues and offering creative solutions
  • Capable of balancing attention to detail with swift execution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, natural curiosity
