About this opportunity

Take an inside look at what you'll do each day

  • Provide general overall facility management services nationwide, including continuous monitoring, updating and closing of _ServiceNow_tickets or similar Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS);
  • Address client inquiries, concerns ensuring timely, and quality issue resolution and service delivery;
  • Respond to all facility inquiries and complaints, assess problems and take the necessary corrective action;
  • Follow protocol for effective buildingspecific maintenance and safety procedures;
  • Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for the service and repairs;
  • Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, client, and FM team;
  • Create work orders and assign to subcontractors and vendors;
  • Train contractors and vendors on work orders, billing procedures CMMS;
  • Communicate frequently with client, property owners, and vendors to resolve issues and provide status updates
  • Report and collaborate concerns with the FM team in finding appropriate solutions and direction
  • Assist in the monitoring and assessment of vendor performance;
  • Escalate complex work orders such as environmental issues & disaster recovery to the Sr. Coordinator and FM Lead;
  • Manage service and performance of vendors and landlords for timely completion of jobs.

What you need to be successful

  • 14 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Must have a good general knowledgeable and understanding of all operational aspects of building systems;
  • Undergraduate degree or college certification in FM or related field or working towards certification;
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel);
  • Able to communicate effectively with employees, vendors and building management team;
  • Interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with all departments within the organization;
  • Must be comfortable working with a variety of employees;
  • Positive attitude and teamplayer;
  • Familiarity with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is an asset.
