Job Overview:


We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Associate to contribute to our sales efforts and drive business growth.

As a Field Sales Associate, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory.

You will play a crucial role in representing our company and promoting our products/services to potential customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target businesses within the assigned territory.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Present product demonstrations and conduct sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve team goals.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards targets to the sales manager.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Working towards a bachelor's degree.

Job Types:
Full-time, Internship / Co-op

Contract length: 3 months


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Winnipeg, MB R3T 1Y6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
