- Establish a facilities strategy that meets quality standards and focuses on employee engagement, functionality, safety, energy management, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to create, design, and update our buildings to ensure our ability to provide a seamless member experience.
- Develop an annual plan and monitor budget for our 50+ locations across the province that includes operations, capital budget, maintenance, repairs, janitorial, service contracts, new builds, renovations, rental expenses and revenues, and taxes.
- Champion and lead change organizationally towards proactive strategic facilities optimization that aligns with key strategic priorities.

What you've got:
- A postsecondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 7 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced knowledge of facility operations, including expertise in project planning, implementation, and review.
- Demonstrated experience in using leading practice research to create, revise, and implement innovative processes.
- Ability to coach employees, set clear expectations, review progress, provide feedback and guidance, and hold people accountable.
