The purpose of this process is to fill one (1) indeterminate GT-04 Asset Management Systems Officer position in Quebec City.

EDUCATION
ED1:
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience related to the position.
Degree equivalency
EXPERIENCE
EX1:
Experience in entering, managing and manipulating data in a business management system.
EX2:
Experience providing technical training* courses as an instructor in class or virtually.
EX3:
Experience providing technical support**.
EX4:
Experience in using video streaming programs such as MS Teams, Skype, or Zoom.
**Technical Support is defined as providing assistance to users of technology products such as mobile phones, televisions, computers, software products or other informatics, electronic or mechanical goods; or in any other area as determined by the board.
EDUCATION
ED1:
Post-secondary certificate or degree in a field related to the position.
Note:
Certificates or Degrees related to education, computer science, or IT systems will be considered most beneficial.

ASSET
EXPERIENCE:
AEX1:
Experience leading the development and delivery of multi-day training course materials such as work instruction, quick reference guides and Microsoft PowerPoint course materials.
AEX2:
Experience in the development of computer based technical training modules or technical training videos.
AEX3:
Experience providing support in at least one phase of life cycle management.
AEX4:
Experience in using asset management software; for example: Maximo, SAP, DRIMS, comparable others.
