As an Account Coordinator, you will be accountable and responsible for collaborating with the Key Account Manager to drive growth and retention of clients through successful management of selected key client accounts.

Relationships (Client + Candybox)

  • Develop and cultivate strong "trust based" relationships with existing clients
  • Cultivate positive and supportive relationships with internal teams
  • Contribute to the constant improvement of Candybox systems, processes, and tools for maintaining successful key account management
  • Maintain up to date Toggl and Monday Boards as per department process requirements
Account Management (Team Members)

  • Execute key digital marketing account tasks as assigned to meet clients' digital marketing objectives
  • Foster collaboration with team members in developing optimization/marketing strategies
  • Execute client marketing strategies based on assigned tasks received from the Account Manager
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to analyze and assess client account situations and strategize solutions
  • Create digital campaign reports and account performance data with the support of individual service owners share with the Account Manager
  • Participate in weekly standup meetings, brainstorming, monthly touchpoints, prepare meeting agendas and conduct meeting wrapups and followups
Client Leadership (Account Performance)

  • Participate in the strategic account planning process with cross department collaboration capturing meeting minutes, action items and task owners to share with the Account Manager for presenting to the COO and CEO
  • Compile data to capitalize on and close upsell opportunities
  • Provide recommendations to the Account Manager based on performance data, that result in successful marketing results
  • Provide client focused communications on campaign performance including effectiveness, targeting and strategy
  • Execute the successful onboarding experience with clients, acquire assets, access to required accounts, and lead discovery intake questionnaire or meeting
  • Assist with the creation and development of marketing briefs for internal stakeholders
  • Participate in project brainstorming to improve the successful Candybox client onboarding experience
  • Execute clientfocused communications on campaign performance including effectiveness, targeting and strategy
  • Work with Team Leads, COO and CEO on new initiatives as needed
Requirements for the role

  • Marketing graduate or relevant experience
  • 1+ years experience with SEO/SEM, PPC & content strategy
  • 1+ years of experience with CRM software
  • 1+ years of experience in campaign execution & project management experience
  • 1+ years history of hitting clear KPIs and targets around revenue and results
  • 1+ year of account management / customer service experience
  • Easily learn new software (reporting, tracking etc)
  • Proficient in an Apple and Google Drive environment

  • We currently use a hybrid work structure, working both remotely AND in the studio. The successful applicant will be local and able to drive within the GTA for instudio work days and/or client meetings.
