- Arranging the laboratory space and handling the setup, removal, and storage of products in development along with measuring instruments.
- Interpreting technical drawings, electrical, and mechanical schematics.
- Constructing prototypes and test benches, both electrical and mechanical, with guidance from engineers.
- Validating and checking the functionality of electrical prototypes for various systems like lamps, heating units, plumbing, etc.
- Conducting component tests and documenting the outcomes.
- Recording design details, specifications, and test findings.
- Assisting in the preparation of documentation and contributing to commissioning and performance assessments.
- Conducting quality control procedures.
- Fulfilling any other duties as delegated.
- DEC or DEP in electrical or electronic engineering or experience in testing electrical equipment within the quality control process.
- Analytical and creative thinker.
- Excellent knowledge (theoretical and practical) of all laboratory procedures.
