KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


Working within the eCommerce team, the ecommerce coordinator supports the optimisation of INDOCHINO's website, aiming to increase revenue across categories.

This role requires the maintenance of large product data sets, regularly organizing and optimizing the merchandising of the site to deliver the best customer experience and drive revenue.

On top of this, you will be working alongside internal departments such as marketing, retail, product, and IT.

This role will be responsible for executing weekly online promotions, maintaining the look and function of the website as well as assisting in seasonal product and campaign launches.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assist with the planning, scheduling, weekly, monthly campaigns on an ongoing basis.
  • Daytoday support of merchandising updates for the website to drive performance and manage stock availability.
  • Managing all products updates and ensuring products are in the correct collections and recommendation zones.
  • Work with the product team to ensure that products have complete information for all new launches whilst continuously improving current product information.
  • Provide support for annual campaign and Ecommerce photoshoots.
  • Work with the product team to discuss and understand upcoming product launches to align with business objectives.
  • Ensure products are created in a timely manner for seasonal launches and product information is current and up to date.
  • Responsible for the management of INDOCHINOs internal product information management system.
  • Handle incoming Ecommerce enquiries responding promptly with solutions and escalating when required.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and adhoc product performance reports for all stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of key processes/system changes in Ecommerce and the business.
  • Review competitor activity across both retail stores and online to understand the market landscape and environment.
  • Visually merchandize the website on a regular basis.
  • Work with marketing, product and creative to facilitate campaign coordination including product selection, campaign calendar updates, coupons & promotions, product pricing, visual merchandising.
  • Support wider Ecommerce function with content management system and adhoc tasks

GOOD TO HAVE:


  • Strong understanding of ecommerce principles
  • Proficient in Excel and understands pivot functions
  • Basic Understanding of Google Analytics and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of data.
  • Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with a high level of dedication and commitment
  • Ability to multitask
