Purpose
The Associate Director, CMF/Prime Services Product Development will contribute to the overall success of the CMF and Prime Services team globally, ensuring specific individual goals, plans and initiatives are delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Steer and oversee the strategic development of CMF and Prime Service products by gathering requirements and priorities for Prime Service products.
- Oversee the rollout of key business initiatives and product/system improvements across the Margin Financing product suite
- Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Understand broader CMF and Prime Service initiatives and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure delivery of the most efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with global PS Desks to deliver on trading automations and improve controls/processes.
- Liaise with all business support groups to ensure their needs are incorporated into strategic business plans
- Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in daytoday activities and decisions.
- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of daytoday business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Code of Conduct.
- Contributes to a highperformance environment and fosters an inclusive work environment; supporting the vison/values/business strategy for the team.
What You'll Bring:
- Deep knowledge of the margin financing industry with a focus on Fixed Income securities
- Understanding of front, middle and back office functions within the financing infrastructure
- Experience of relevant regulatory environments impacting the industry.
- Prime Services product and client experience
- Process and system knowledge, ideally with prior experience of LoanOne and SwapOne
- Strong excel skills, or other, to support data analysis
- Collaboration with different departments within a bank, including front office facing, supporting teams, and technology, as well as external vendors and FinTechs
