Job Summary:

The Operations Manager is a strategic role at the helm of our drone cleaning operations.

In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with Visual Observers and Drone Pilots to

ensure excellence and efficiency. This contract role, with a potential for full or part-time

opportunities based on performance, and a chance to be at the forefront of technological

innovation in cleaning services.

Responsibilities:

Strategically plan and oversee drone cleaning operations across multiple sites,

ensuring operational excellence and safety compliance.

Lead coordination between Visual Observers and Drone Pilots for precise,

effective cleaning operations.

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, Transport Canada regulations, and

company policies, maintaining an impeccable safety record.

Manage resource allocation and scheduling, optimizing for peak efficiency and

client satisfaction.

Drive a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement within the

team, mentoring and leading by example.

Analyze operational metrics to identify enhancements, implementing strategies

for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Engage in crossfunctional collaboration to streamline workflows and boost

company performance.

Direct client interaction, managing relationships and expectations during

cleaning operations.

Facilitate regular training sessions to keep the team updated with the latest

industry practices and technologies.

Handle operational challenges with agility, providing timely and effective

solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations management, with a preference for backgrounds

in drone or aviation industries.

Indepth understanding of Transport Canada regulations and a commitment to

safety.

Exceptional leadership, team management, and clientfacing skills.
Strategic thinker with outstanding problemsolving capabilities.
Valid driving license and ability to travel between multiple job sites.
Strong communication skills, capable of effectively managing client interactions

and fostering a positive team environment.

Flexibility to adapt to fastpaced operational demands.
