Position Summary


The Customer Support Liaison is responsible for providing administrative support to the training department with a focus on invoicing and scheduling for the Instructional Services Division.


Specific Accountabilities

  • Process credit card payments
  • Process cheque payments received for client invoices
  • Manage invoice generation and payments for all clients
  • WAH paperwork: tracking and data entry into Skills Pass
  • Manage, create, and distribute all virtual class invites & weblinks
  • Manage, create, and distribute any support materials for upcoming training courses
  • Generate, issue, and send all eLearning codes requested to Clients
  • Provide tech support for clients with any eLearning questions or challenges
  • Assist with travel arrangements and out of town accommodation bookings
  • Answer incoming calls for main office phone line, redirect as needed
  • Any other duties assigned

Qualifications

Education & Work Experience
High school completion or equivalent education proficiency and/or 1-3 years' experience in an administrative position.


Competencies and Skills

  • Welldeveloped organizational skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to function in a fastpaced changing environment
  • Proficient in Excel and Word programs

This is a remote position.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$45,000.00-$48,000.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Customer support: 3 years (preferred)
  • Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
  • Microsoft Office or other relates software systems: 2 years (preferred)

Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON L5T 1H1
