What's the role?


Stardust is seeking a highly motivated and creative Sales Manager to lead and manage sales across a collection of brands.

The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to expand the customer base.

Additionally, you will provide training, guidance, and support to your team to ensure growth across brands.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of affiliates to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and support to help team members and affiliates improve their performance.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to develop sales strategies and tactics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients. Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Forecast sales volumes and revenue targets accurately. Monitor sales pipeline and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the sales budget effectively, allocating resources appropriately to maximize ROI.Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics for management review.

Qualifications:


  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong sales background with a proven track record of hitting and breaking revenue targets.
  • Experience working with and managing affiliates is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret sales data and market trends and implement them.
  • Experience with startups preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
