Career Abroad is a Toronto, Canada based Immigration Consultancy, with a branch office in India and has over 15 years of education and immigration industry experience. The firm is managed by certified and regulated professionals that have combined industry experience of over 30 years.


With the rapid development of the business and with huge growth & expansion opportunities ahead,
Career Abroad is now looking to hire new personnel to join our team.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Handle office administration responsibilities and maintain log of it
  • Process client documents and arrange them in appropriate method
  • Maintain log of all activities, report it on daily basis
  • Perform various activities related to college / university admission process
  • Work along with other team members and assist them in various office administration process
  • Communicate with clients, partners and other associates on regular basis pertaining to ongoing admission process
  • Must be able to learn and resolve issues
  • Must be flexible to adjust in different situations, ready to take new tasks assigned and willing to go extra mile where needed.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Volunteering, or coop office assistant or office administration experience preferred
  • Must have team player qualities
  • Excellent communication skills and command over English
  • Independent yet a good team player, willing to share, discuss, learn and teach
- working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Detail oriented

Other Skills

  • Ability to speak in any other language including (French, Vietnamese, Spanish, Malayo-Polynesian languages)

Salary:
$29,000.00-$30,000.00 per month
