Speech-language Pathologist - Milton, Canada - Communication Kids

Description

Communication Kids is looking for a driven, energetic clinician to join our team. We are a group of speech-language pathologists and communicative disorders assistants who work collaboratively to ensure client satisfaction. Our clinic offers office space, a sensory room, and group therapy spaces for clinicians to use.

Clinicians are able to build their own caseload, starting with part-time hours, with the option to increase to full-time. Our clinic provides both in-person and virtual sessions at this time. Currently, a minimum of two weeknights and Saturdays are required.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments
• Create and carry out treatment plans
• Participate in team collaborations and dicusssions
• Maintain complete client records and reports on client progress in accordance with CASLPO standards
• Supervise support personnel caseloads

Requirements:

• 12 years experience working with preschool and school aged children is preferred
• Maintaining a CASLPO General Member registration in good standing
• Obtaining and maintaining a minimum of $2 million Professional liability insurance
• Providing a recent Police Vulnerable Sector Check

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Masters SLP Program
• Member in good standing with CASLPO
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• One year of clinical experience preferred

Hours:

Tuesdays to Saturdays
