Lorval Developments is seeking a dynamic leader to assume the role of Vice President, Construction and Development, overseeing all aspects of construction operations and development opportunities integral to our mission.

This full-time permanent executive position, based in Langley, British Columbia, offers a rewarding career within a purpose-driven company culture. Joining our Senior Leadership Team, the Vice President, Construction and Development will report directly to the President.

As the Vice President, Construction and Development, you will play a crucial role in providing leadership, management, and oversight to the construction and development team.

Your responsibilities will encompass driving organizational value through the delivery of exceptional project performance, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of brand, quality, and safety.

Qualifications:

Deep Construction Knowledge**:

  • Extensive expertise in highrise and wood frame construction.
  • Implement effective project management strategies.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

Leadership:

Building Systems Proficiency:

  • Effective guidance of teams, including Development Managers, Construction, and administrative personnel.

  • Adept at anticipating and understanding the next crucial moves required for project success.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure projects remain financially viable.
