Job Title: Chief People and Professional Practice Officer

The Chief People and Professional Practice Officer will lead the transformation of Human Resources at Health PEI, unifying the HR and Professional Practice functions under a renewed mandate to modernize HR systems, provide professional support for a credentialed workforce, and strengthen the employee experience across the province's integrated health system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing workforce strategy and policy to support system-wide transformation;
• Leveraging data-driven insights to inform talent acquisition, management, and development strategies;
• Fostering collaborative relationships with senior leaders across Health PEI and government to drive change implementation;
