    The Role
    The Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration is seeking to hire contract faculty for the Summer 2024 Semester. Responsibilities The successful candidate will instruct students, facilitate learning and evaluate student progress, plan, organize and teach learning activities.

    The successful candidate will ensure students receive the knowledge, information and resources, to succeed by maintaining a quality, learner centered, approach to post-secondary education.


    The applicant must be fully prepared to teach any of the following basic courses:


    • Introduction to Programming I (CSIS 1175)
    • Excel in Business (CSIS 1190),
    • Multimedia Web Development (CSIS 1280),
    • Systems Analysis and Design (CSIS 2200) and
    • Database Management (CSIS 2300)
    The ability to teach the following higher level courses will be considered as an asset :
    1. CSIS 2260 Operating Systems /CSIS 2270 Virtualization & Computer Networking/CSIS 3270 Advanced Networking/CSIS 4270 Cloud Infrastructure

    2. CSIS 3155 Computer Network Security/CSIS 4470 Network Cybersecurity/CSIS 4450 Operating Systems and Multimedia Cybersecurity/CSIS 4460 Cloud Cybersecurity

    • Demonstrate the ability to work cooperatively with colleagues in a team environment.
