Role - Network L3 Administrator


Required Technical Skill Set - Strong Knowledge on Network, Routing, Switching & Security


Desired Experience - 5+ years


Location of Requirement - Montreal, Canada


Must Have :
-
1) Excellent network administration and troubleshooting skills.

2) Good Understanding and troubleshooting skills of TCP/IP, Switching & Routing protocols, MPLS, Load balancing

3) Knowledge and experience in STP, VTP, HSRP, VLAN, QoS and other switching technologies

4) Good Knowledge & Hands on experience on Juniper Firewalls and Juniper switches

5) Good Knowledge and experience on Aruba Wireless Controllers

6) Ability to understand the design and provide suggestion for improvements


7) Product knowledge:
Routing Protocols, especially MPLS, BGP, EIGRP

Cisco Routers - 7200, 3800, 3600, 2800, 2900, 881

Firewalls - Cisco ASA5550, Juniper SRX650, SRX240H & SRX345

Security IDS, IPS

VPN - Site to Site, DMVPN, SSL VPN

SwitchesNexus 7K/5K/2K, Cisco 6500/4500/3750/2960, Juniper EX switches

WLAN - Aruba Wireless LAN Controllers, Aruba CPP.M PBR, PfR and ASRs Zscaler (ZIA) SD-WAN

Cisco ACI using Spie-Leaf


Good To Have :
-
1) Experience on Network and Security architecture designing

2) ITIL Certification

3) CCNP / CCIE Certification


Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Pay:
From $45.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Strong Knowledge on Network, Routing, Switching & Security: 5 years (required)
