    Job Description

    • The Lead, CDCC Business Advisory & Regulatory Affairs is our key business partner with responsibility for all legal and regulatory needs of the Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation (CDCC).
    • This individual will play a strategic role in supporting and coordinating the activities of this critical market infrastructure.
    • The Lead will work directly with the CDCC leadership team and be thoroughly involved in business strategy, operational matters, risk management, legal and regulatory matters.

    This individual must have expert communication skills written English French , experience working directly regulators like Bank Canada members CSA Office Superintendent Financial Institutions .
